PAPERS INSTRUCTIONS

Authors of accepted contributions are invited to extend their abstracts and submit a paper formatted according to the workshop paper templates for inclusion in the workshop proceedings. Papers that will not follow the workshop template will not be included the proceedings. Authors are encouraged to apply for an individual ORCID at www.orcid.org and include them in the headers of your papers.

The length of contributions is 4-8 pages for posters, 6-8 pages for oral presentations, including references and figures.

Authors are requested to upload their paper (PDF and manuscript source files) using the Upload form below by September 15th, 2023.

ORAL PRESENTATIONS

Authors of contributions accepted as oral presentations are invited to give a talk to the workshop. The length of presentation varies from 15 to 35 minutes, followed by Q&A, and is indicated in the message sent to the corresponding authors.  

At least one author is requested to register to the workshop by September 15th, 2023 using the Registration form and confirm their presence to the organisers following the instructions received by email.

Final presentations must be uploaded (PDF or PPT) by September 25^th, using the Upload form below.

POSTERS

Authors of accepted posters are invited to give a 2-3 minute pitch to present their work in a dedicated session on 3rd October, 2023, and to showcase their poster during the workshop icebreaker organised on the same day.

Poster must be prepared using the poster template.

Poster authors are also invited to submit a short paper for inclusion in the workshop proceedings (see PAPERS INSTRUCTIONS above).

Poster presenters are requested to register to the workshop by September 15th, 2023 using the Registration form and confirm their presence to the organisers following the instructions received by email.

Poster presenters are requested to upload their final poster pitch presentation (PPT or PDF, maximum 3 slides) and the PDF of their final poster by September 25th, 2023, using the Upload form below.
